CabanaVillage created prefab cabins, which are customizable. Constructed with Canexel maintenance-free or cedar siding, these prefabs have also cedar doors, trim and windows. Such prefab cabins have standard 2×4 SPF framing and 1/2″ plywood roof sheathing.
These cabins are pretty compact 12 x 12 and 8 x 12 enclosed space. The total area is less than 100 square feet. Optional extra height and 10 / 12 roof pitches make the house more spacious, there is a sleeping loft. With the help of a double opening triangular window there is good ventilation. For increasing the room in the loft there is the front dormer and the back shed dormer.
There is the front door made of steel and it has a double-glazed window and internal security bars, a refrigerator-like door seal, so it is perfect for cold climate.
